  Shipping Policy

Purchased Jewelry items being shipped to the customer will first be inspected & past by Quality Control Tests. A QC check list for each item will be included in package being shipped from Carina’s Collection to customer.   Return and Refund Policy
|
Fine Jewelry sold thru Carina’s Collection Web Site, not to include Special Orders or specific**Non Returnable Items, may be returned within 14 days beginning the day the Jewelry was sent to the customer. This will be honored only after the returned Jewelry has been *Inspected, and is in the same, “ Good, Damage- Free Condition” when originally purchased and mailed to customer. Jewelry items that are not returned in this condition will be returned back to the customer, with no refund issued.
*Inspected by a Jewelry Repair Specialist and documented (If Needed), and to include all terms listed under Extra Protection and Prevention Policy and **Non Returnable Items Policy.

  Returned Jewelry Shipping Policy

We at Carina's Collection of Fine Jewelry suggest you Insure, for price of items being returned by shipment, to protect yourself against shipping damage or items lost in the mail. Shipping costs (to include Insured items fee), are to be paid by the party returning the Jewelry. Carina’s Collection does not take responsibility for any items, being returned, that are lost or damaged in the shipping process. The consumer returning the Jewelry items thru the mail will need to follow-up with the Postal Company regarding lost or damaged items, especially packages which have or have not been insured.

  **Non Returnable Items Policy

Because of the expense and delicate nature of Fine Jewelry (some pieces more than others) a handful of Jewelry items are not returnable. Please look for the double asterisk (**) which will identify these items.

  Extra Protection and Prevention Policy |
| Fine Jewelry sold on this Web Site is not meant to be sold and refunded after customer has finished with its use, returned after being worn for its purpose, or special occasion. Every item being purchased by Carina’s Collection.com will have numerous non-removable information labels throughout the Jewelry piece being sold. The Jewelry can still be inspected and tried on without having to tamper with labels. Returning Jewelry can not be refunded when labels have been cut-up or removed, folded-up or curled up. Simply place Jewelry back into box, the way it was delivered-very carefully and mail it back, this is to protect, and prevent future customers and Carina’s Collection web site from having to incur higher prices, your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
